Eva Thorne, "The Fixer," comes to town on behalf of the D.o.D. to do an evaluation of Global Dynamics just as a weaponized drone, Martha, escapes an experiment and begins terrorizing Carter and the residents of Eureka. Zoe, who has just started a new job waiting tables at Café Diem, may be the only person capable of stopping Martha before she blasts her way out of the Eureka EM forcefield. Meanwhile, Allison must decide whether or not to say yes to Nathan's proposal.

Sheriff Carter, Allison, Stark and a holographic Henry, are called to Lab 27 in the bowels of Gloabl Dynamics to aid in the search for Bob Knob, a scientist who has been isolated in an artificially created and maintained underground ecosystem for 11 years with 9 others, after his disappearance. Cafe Diem turns into a cinema, as people watch the events inside Lab 27. Meanwhile, Thorne continues to apply her business attitude to the running of Eureka.

As the annual Eureka Dog Show hits the town, Sheriff Carter begins experiencing earthquakes only he is able to feel. When he is told earthquakes are impossible in Eureka, Carter must somehow prove otherwise. When contestants in the Dog Show suddenly start blowing up, Carter begins to suspect foul play... Meanwhile, Thorne asks Henry to do some research into a location she is considering for a hotel and his tests turn back some interesting results.

Sheriff Carter's free-spirited sister, Lexi, arrives in town and reveals a big secret. Carter finds himself stuck in a time loop forcing him to relive the same lousy day over and over again - and to add insult to injury, it's also the day of Allison and Stark's wedding! As time progresses, he learns the solution to the problem may come at a large price that someone else may have to pay... Looks like Allison's big day will be memorable for all the wrong reasons.

The tomb of an Ancient Egyptian tomb is opened at Global Dynamics, and when strange things begin to happen, Fargo blames it on the curse of the Mummy. Sheriff Carter launches an investigation when the Mummy vanishes from the tomb. Did it leave of its own accord, or was someone to blame? Meanwhile, Allison finds herself being haunted by the vision of a lost loved one. Is it a spirit, or is there a more "Eurekan" explanation for this phenomenon?
